A router table is an invaluable addition to any woodworker’s workshop. And you don’t need an expensive setup to benefit from all the features a modern router table can offer. Pair these tops with our Sherwood stands, or adapt it to your own existing setup.
Sherwood MDF/Melamine Router Worktable Top
This Sherwood Router Worktable Top is made from 32mm-thick HMR (High Moisture Resistant) MDF skinned off on both faces with an abrasive resistant melamine film. All four edges are sealed using 2mm PVC edging. The router insert plate cut out measures 12 x 235 x 298mm making it compatible with all Sherwood branded router insert plates. This router top is fitted with a standard Mitre and T twin tracks to suit a mitre guide and or other accessories.
The tops are supplied with hardware packs to mount to Sherwood’s compatible Router Table Stands and mounting plates. Holes for the mounting plate are pre-drilled, however, the mounting holes for the stand are not.
Melamine film work surface
This melamine work surface is smooth, flat, abrasive and dent resistant. This is a very durable yet economical work surface for your router table.
Twin channel guide track
The embedded anodized aluminium twin-guide track has two channels. Use the wider channel for your mitre guide. User the narrower channel for securing feather boards and other accessories.
