Milescraft Biscuit Jointers are used to perfectly align two pieces of solid timber composite panelling. They can improve the bond in many applications, including edge-to-edge, mortise joints, tenon joints, flush joints, and angled joints.

You can use Milescraft Biscuit Jointers with any plate joiner or router bit that cuts a 4mm slot. The biscuits are compressed so that they expand when using water-based based wood glue, filling the slot completely and locking the joint.

Biscuits are stamped at an angle to the grain of the timber, providing maximum resistance to sheering, splitting and flexing.

During the pressing process, each biscuit is compressed slightly. When moistened with PVA glue, the biscuit expands in the slot to ensure a tight join.

Each biscuit is impressed to create a glue track to ensure even distribution of glue in the slot.

Sealed container protects biscuits from moisture to prevent swelling prior to use.
