Blast gates are a must-have dust collector attachment that helps to maximise your dust collector system by regulating proper air flow to your designated machine of choice. Open and closed, it acts as an in-line gate to control the vacuum flow to specified areas of your work shop.

These magnetic blast gates take customisable dust extraction to the next level. This coupling has a tapered male end designed to suit 4in Sherwood Hose. With an opposing magnetic coupling (sold separately) fixed to your dust extractor hose or machines, you can easily move the hose between machines. Open and close the blast gates as needed, to prevent suction loss on your unused hose lines.

The elevated wall around the flange of the opposing magnetic coupling securely nestles the two ends together, preventing any movement once joined. The magnetic join creates a tight seal that ensures no air flow is lost, so you can be sure that you're not sacrificing performance for convenience.
