This advanced Hot Wire Cutter is designed to provide precision, ease, and safety for intricate and detailed model building

The Hot Wire Cutter features a 390 x 280mm large base and work surface made from an aluminium cobond compound, facilitating smooth movement of the workpiece. This surface is equipped with a printed grid and protractor to assist in precise measurement and cutting angles.

The solid aluminium overarm extends up to 350mm in throat length and provides an adjustable 140mm height capacity. The overarm angle can be adjusted for versatile mitre cutting. A mitre guide is included to allow angled and straight cuts. 

An LED operation indicator prevents accidental burns by alerting when the cutting wire is hot, which can reach its maximum temperature in less than one second. The cutter includes a double wound transformer and class 2 insulation, ensuring it is completely safe for use. The cutting wire operates at a low voltage of 10V and 1A, minimizing any risk during operation.
