The Sherwood 10in Benchtop Drum Sander is a precise sanding machine. The height adjustment mechanism is finely adjustable – one full rotation of the handle raises or lowers the head by 1.5mm, allowing you to creep up to the exact stock thickness you need without the risk of overshooting.

The Sherwood 10in Drum Sander features adjustable conveyor table speed rates. This means you can adjust the rate of feed into the sander to suit the parts you are completing. Feed parts through quickly when skimming or sanding narrower softwood parts, or slow the rate of feed right down so you can sand wider boards and cranky hardwood without burning the surface.
