The Sherwood 12-inch Heavy-Duty Cabinet Table Saw features an innovative and unique arbor that allows for easy adaptability and enhanced functionality. The saw comes equipped with a standard 30mm arbor spindle, which is designed for general-purpose cutting tasks. 

This Dado Arbor Kit replaces the standard 30mm arbor spindle with a longer 15.9mm arbor. This flexibility allows users to accommodate a dado blade stack, which can be up to 24mm in width. Dado cuts, essential for creating grooves, slots, and other precision joinery, can be easily executed with this setup, giving woodworkers the ability to perform a variety of tasks that require precise, wider cuts.

Included in the saw's kit is a robust, cast dado worktable insert. The insert provides a perfectly flush surface with the worktable, minimising any chances of uneven cuts or material slipping, thereby enhancing both safety and precision.
