xTool’s P2 is the best desktop CO₂ laser cutter in the world. Capable of cutting 20mm acrylic or 15mm hardwood in a single pass, and featuring advanced AI features to simplify complex design tasks, the P2 is the centrepiece of your advanced laser workstation. 

Powerful Cutting

The CO2 laser's higher power and superior absorption rate enable it to effortlessly cut through thick materials like 20mm acrylic and 18mm black walnut, along with 100+ other materials in a single pass, achieving superior cutting results. And unlike diode lasers, the P2 can work with acrylic in any colour.

Huge Capacity

The xTool P2 can be loaded with workpieces up to 640 x 330 x 71mm in size and has a working area of 609 x 308mm. If you have a thicker workpiece, the optional riser base (sold separately) will increase the vertical capacity to 215mm. Have longer workpieces? The P2’s AutoPassthrough Technology allows for seamless, precision engraving and cutting on materials up to 990mm meters long using the optional Conveyor Feeder (sold separately).

Curved Surface Engraving

Curved and slanted surfaces with an angle lower than 45 degrees to the horizontal plane can be processed. The P2 analyses the surface and automatically adjusts the height of the laser to match the curve whilst cutting.

Autofocus with Ranging System

The xTool P2 boasts an ultra-high dual 16MP resolution camera system. Not only can
you preview your overall design in real-time, but you can also see the details
on the material, ensuring error-free results.

XCS Software

The P2 is controlled with the easy-to-use XCS app, which can be installed on PC, Mac, iOS and Android devices. Import, create, or edit your graphics files quickly and simply. XCS software makes it straightforward to control the cutting parameters to achieve perfect results, every time. With 400 pre-set parameters, AI drawing capabilities, and Snapshot & Batch AI fill to automate bulk processing, there’s no more testing and wasting materials to get the desired engraving results.

Wireless Connectivity

Safety Features

The entire P2 is airtight with a shade design on the top lid; there’s no need to worry about any light or smoke leakage. In addition, when the start processing button is pressed, the machine automatically locks the lid until the work is completed or paused. And an emergency cut-off switch delivers an extra layer of safety, should you ever need it.
