Who is xTool?

Powerful Cutting

The CO2 laser's higher power and superior absorption rate enable it to effortlessly cut through thick materials like 20mm acrylic and 18mm black walnut, along with 100+ other materials in a single pass, achieving superior cutting results. And unlike diode lasers, the P2 can work with acrylic in any colour.

Huge Capacity

The xTool P2 has a working area of 609 x 308mm with a depth capacity of 72mm. For thicker workpieces, the included Riser Base will increase the vertical capacity to 215mm. Have longer workpieces? The included Conveyor Feeder and the P2's AutoPassthrough Technology allows for seamless, precision engraving and cutting on materials up to 990mm long.

Curved Surface Engraving

The included RA2 Pro accessory allows the user to cut and engrave cylindrical and round objects. Even without the RA2 attached, curved and slanted surfaces with an angle lower than 45 degrees to the horizontal plane can be processed. The P2 intelligently analyses the surface and then, while cutting, automatically adjusts the height of the laser to match the curve.

XCS Software

The P2 is controlled with the easy-to-use XCS app, which can be installed on PC, Mac, iOS and Android devices. XCS software makes it straightforward to control the cutting parameters to achieve perfect results, every time. With 400 pre-set parameters, AI drawing capabilities, and Snapshot & Batch AI fill to automate bulk processing, there's no more testing and wasting materials to get the desired engraving results.

Autofocus with Ranging System

The xTool P2 boasts an ultra-high dual 16MP resolution camera system. Not only can you preview your overall design in real-time, but you can also see the details on the material, ensuring error-free results.

Safety Features

The entire P2 is airtight with a shade design on the top lid; there's no need to worry about any light or smoke leakage. In addition, when the start processing button is pressed, the machine automatically locks the lid until the work is completed or paused. And an emergency cutoff switch delivers an extra layer of safety, should you ever need it.

Installing the included Fire Safety Set delivers an extra layer of security. Flame and temperature sensors co-operate to detect dangerous situations and trigger an audible alarm, prompting the user to shut down the machine. If the alarm is not attended to, CO2 gas is automatically released into the enclosed laser bed to extinguish the fire with non-toxic and odorless fumes.

Smoke Purifier

Laser cutting and engraving can create smoke and fumes. The xTool Smoke Purifier for P2 uses 3-layer filtration including premium activated carbon and HEPA filters to achieve 99.97% purification rate, removing toxic fumes, dust, and unpleasant odours. Operation is super-quiet, the unit is rated at 55dB.

Wireless Connectivity

Save yourself the tangle of unnecessary cables on your workbench by connecting wirelessly. The P2 will connect with any controlling device that is on the same Wi-Fi network and the setup is a breeze.
