Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil is used for protecting, refreshing and increasing the sheen of wood finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil. Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil will nourish the wood, give it a fuller look and increase the fluid resistance.
Universal Maintenance Oil can be used to maintain all oil finished surfaces. This oil can even be used to treat varnished surfaces which are starting to form micro-cracks. It can also be used to upgrade floors with other oils to a Rubio Monocoat floor.
Universal Maintenance Oil will not only refresh a surface; it will also increase the surface’s fluid resistance. This makes the oil extremely suited for high traffic zones which require extra protection, such as, surfaces in public spaces, offices, restaurants, hotels etc.
Please note: Once Universal Maintenance Oil has been applied to a surface, future maintenance must be performed using Universal Maintenance Oil. During the first week clean only using a wet cloth.
