Router Lift with Sherwood Water-Cooled CNC Spindle Kit

This benchtop router setup features a Fixed Base Router Lift (RLIFT-4) fitted with Sherwood Water Cooled CNC Spindle Kit (CNC-2200-KIT). This router lift and CNC motor are integrated into one mechanism. The powerful CNC spindle runs whisper quiet, features variable speed 0 – 24000rpm, ER20 collet system and can run up to 10000 hours before service is required. This setup allows you to wind the router motor up to change the bit above the worktable.

Cast iron worktable

Cast iron is super flat so you are always assured your work is running true to the cutter. Its super durable and so lasts a lifetime. Its heavy so vibration is minimised, and it won’t slip if you lean on it.  And lastly, cast iron means you can attach magnetised accessories – open your routing world with cast iron.

Mounting plate insert rings

Your router lift can accept a variety of throat insert rings. The insert rings feature a twist lock design, so they are held firmly in position, in line with the surrounding surface. Use the inserts rings to minimise the gap around your router bit to eliminate vibration and increase accuracy.  Insert spanner included. Professional grade fence

A good router table needs a good fence. The fence on the Sherwood Cast Iron Industrial Benchtop Router Table has all the features you would expect to see on a professional grade fence. Including T-Tracks so you can attach a range of accessories. Also included are fence faceplate packing rods, use these to pack the faceplates out and turn your router into a jointer.

Save your knees

No matter what version of router lift you use, you now have proper kit to manage your router. Use the height adjustment winder to set the depth smoothly and accurately. Wind the motor up and change the bit above the worktable. Either way you won’t ever need to crouch down to access under the worktable.

Turn your router fence into a jointer

Your router fence is now even more versatile. Included with your fence are 2 x fence faceplate packing rods. Slide these in behind the outfeed faceplate to pack them out turning your router into a jointer.

Mitre guide included

Your Sherwood Cast Iron Industrial Benchtop Router Table is supplied with a mitre guide. Use to make angled cuts across the router bit. The benchtop router worktable features an embedded twin slot mitre track. One slot for the mitre guide, one T-Track for additional accessories such as feather boards.

Fine fence adjustment

If you need to finely tweak your router fence, then Sherwood has you covered. Use the Fence Fine Adjustment Kit to take control of your routing by being able to wind the fence in to position by the millimetre. No more errors, no more wasted material.

Safety switch

Plug your router motor into the switch, plug the switch into the workshop power point. You know have a safety on/off switch right at your fingertips. Cut the power super-fast if you get into trouble. The days of walking around or fiddling under the worksurface for the switch are over.

Dust collection system

The dust collection system is made up of a dust collection box mounted under the table with a 102mm (4in) dust port. And a 63mm hose that links the fence dust port to the dust collection box outlet.
