This kit features Gator’s MIDI Magnetic Hooks which can hold up to 11 kg on their Steel Wall Target, as well as nearly any thin steel surface, such as cabinets, racks, steel doors, or toolboxes. Simply lift, place, close, and load to use. You'll be surprised at how many places and items you can securely hang. The Steel Wall Target is super easy to install, transforming any space into efficient storage.

Gator Hooks Work! 

Gator Magnetics patented technology holds its load using shear strength at a right angle to the floor. Competitors regular magnetic hook weight capacity claims are based on using pull force tests on thick steel. This is why a magnetic hook claiming it holds 12kg will not hold a 12kg load if placed at a 90° angle on thin steel. That load will slide down the steel surface. When Gator claims that a Gator Hook can hold up to 11kg, it means it will hold a 11kg load at a 90° angle on thin steel.
