A high-quality square is an absolute necessity for every woodworker. These beautiful try squares from Ironbark Toolworks are made in Australia to the highest standards of quality, delivering superb accuracy for a lifetime.
Available in four sizes, please select your preferred option.
Ironbark tools are manufactured in Queensland in small batches. The use of specially-selected materials, precision machining and stringent quality control ensure every tool is an outstanding example of Australian toolmaking expertise.
Adjustability
Each square is carefully calibrated during setup. However, should the square suffer a knock or fall, it can easily be realigned using the adjustment screws located in the stock. These gently rotate the blade and then lock it into place, ensuring perfect accuracy for the lifetime of the tool.
Quality Materials
Ironbark squares are carefully made with world-class materials. The stock is 16mm thick brass with a Mulga inset – celebrating the famous durability and beauty of Australia’s desert hardwoods. The blade is machined from 3mm thick 304 stainless steel, which is specifically chosen to deliver stability and wear resistance. Marking knives can be used without danger of scratching or gouging the blade.
