The additional capacity this panel attachment provides turns the heavy-duty cabinet saw into a functioning panel saw that makes ease of cutting large 2400 x 1200 boards. The large front fence allows for good control as you push the board through the saw and also makes for effective crosscuts adding to its advantages.
